Meet the Palestinian youth planning their return

A group of young Palestinian citizens from the northern city of Umm al-Fahm, descendants of families displaced in 1948 of their villages, meets every week to discuss identity, national oppression, and the Nakba. As part of the ‘Odna’ project — return in Arabic — the teenagers focus on planning of the return of the Palestinian refugees.

Gee, I wonder whether there is a similar group of German youth that meet up once a week to discuss their return to Prussian or Sudentenland villages?

The evil Russians, Poles and Czechs expelled their grandparents from their villages as part of a nasty ethnic cleansing campaign.

“German youth” have a huge country named “Germany” were to live in. Palestinian youth can, at their best, hope to live in little bantustan in the West Bank. The 2 cases are uncomparable, first and foremost historically.

          Susie:
Yes but the expelled Sudetenlanders and Prussians MUST have a right to return their homes. The fact that these homes were bulldozed away by evil Poles or Nasty Russians makes no difference.
If you disagree, it proves that you are a fascist and racist.

Ethnic Germans were persecuted in the USSR before WWII, since you’re playing that card.

When 972 mag will make a report about the million Jews expelled from the Arab countries?

I keep telling 972 mag to report on this topic but they never do. Apparently, they enjoy pretending that the Jewish Nakba never happened.

No worries. They like themselves well enough. They’re just intelligent and not mindless Jewish tribalists for whom everything is a zero-sum Arab-hating game that uses false historical comparisons and specious analogies. That’s all. Hope that helps dispel your confusion.

Palestinians are not responsible for them. On top of this, many Jews have been absorbed because they went to populate Palestinian houses. Make a trip to Ein Houd to have an example.

The fakestinyans were responsible for the Jewish Nakba. When my Iraqi uncle got kicked out of Iraq, the Arabs told him it was revenge for the fakestinians.

Well, I’m not surprised at your background. It’s an interesting piece of data about you. So kicking the Palestinians out of Palestine will be revenge for Iraqi Jews and on and on and on — in a primitive tribal revenge conflict ad infinitum. For all your stereotyping of and condescending to your Middle Eastern neighbors you are an exemplar of just the primitive tribal stereotype you purvey.
