The tank is the primary source of water and takes about three days or more to be filled, Jordan Valley, West Bank, November 01, 2013. Palestinians in the Jordan Valley suffer from lack of access to water. According to the Jordan Valley Solidarity Campaign, women, men, and children in the area survive on around 20 liters of water per person per day. The World Health Organization recommends 100 liters of water/person/day, and in illegal Israeli settlements in the Jordan Valley, average water consumption is 451 liters/person/day.
