WATCH: Right wing MK ruins Bob Marley tune in campaign ad

This has to be one of the most sacrilegious videos ever made.  Even before elections have been announced (no doubt they will), ultra-right winger MK Aryeh (aryeh = Lion in Hebrew) Eldad of the Hatikva party (part of the National Union party) took Bob Marley’s “Iron, Lion, Zion” song – and murdered it.

As someone who was born in Israel and happens to be a Leo, I take personal offence to this.

Isn’t there a copyright on it? Did Eldad ask the family’s permission? Speaking as someone neither born here and nor a Leo, the girl with the rhythm of a jellyfish ought to be issued with an open-ended preventive musical detention order post-haste.

Aryeh Eldad is a funny guy, isn’t he? Not funny ha ha, but funny in the head. He is the poster child for right wing nutcases the world over, and could be a great clinical psychiatric case, if he weren’t an MK. As a man of medicine, I hope he has a priori donated away his organs to science because I think his brain would be a fascinating study of mental disfunction.
