Racquetball needs to come to Israel and fast!!!! Aside from Sunday, family, and friends, that was the hardest thing for me to leave behind when I made aliyah. Matkot isn’t even a consolation prize….:-(

I do not understand. If someone was injured by a matkot ball, why didn’t they sue, take it to court? How could the players be allowed to continue if there is a danger to other people on the beach? Incomprehensible. Rule of law, somewhere?

      “Rule of law, somewhere?”

Now you understand better Ehud Barak comment on “villa in a jungle”. He lives in a tower condo, while below, on the beach, you have a jungle.

Really funny short movie, a success and a fight lost from the start.
For once that there is a game that is not competitive based on I don’t need to beat the other to win hein ? There are not so many similar games.
The best moments are when you manage to swap a few balls, get confident and then really hit the ball hard to send a clean missile to your buddy player. This is generally when the racket smashes the face of the girl that you wanted to talk to for hours or the ball that end in the tussik of a 2 square meters russian body builder or its equivalent in sefardi model. Then you learn to run faster then the ball.
