The two minors are convicted of kidnapping and murdering 16-year-old Muhammad Abu Khdeir in East Jerusalem last year. Despite the judges' assessment of guilt, however, no verdict is issued against the main suspect. The reason? A last-minute mental health assessment — in English. A panel of Jerusalem District Court judges on Monday issued a verdict in the murder case of 16-year-old Muhammad Abu Khdeir, a Palestinian from East Jerusalem who was kidnapped and burned alive by three Jewish Israelis last July. [tmwinpost] The trial, which has seen frequent delays and stretched out over the course of a year, however, is…Read More...

Honenu, an organization that provides legal services to suspected terrorists, violent settlers and gives financial support to their families, receives tax-deductible donations in both Israel and the United States. What do Yitzhak Rabin’s assassin, the murderers of Mohammed Abu Khdeir and the arsonists convicted of setting fire to Jerusalem's Jewish-Arab Hand in Hand school have in common, apart from their violent extremism? All have received legal representation or some other form of assistance from Honenu, a self-proclaimed “Israeli Zionist legal aid organization.” Based in Kiryat Arba, a settlement next to Hebron that is home to the grave of Jewish terrorist…Read More...
When the pogromchiks from Jerusalem go to court, they'll have a strong case, saying they only did what was expected of them. Israel officially condemned last week the fact Jewish terrorists attacked a Palestinian vehicle with Molotov cocktails, wounding six of its passengers. Prime Minister Netanyahu quickly had an envoy call Palestinian President Abbas, and promised him Israel would put those responsible on trial. If Abbas is buying this, given Israel's record regarding the price-taggers, then I have some juicy bridges to sell him at very reasonable prices. This attack took place on Thursday afternoon. Several hours later, a gang of…Read More... | 12 Comments
Let’s focus on the fact that many prefer to avoid: Jewish terrorism in the territories is directly supported by the Israeli government, and to a large extent also funded by it Brigadier General Nitzan Alon, who left the command of the AYOSH (West Bank) Division yesterday, spoke candidly during his replacement ceremony, and called the “price tag” actions by their true name: Jewish terrorism. Alon, who was repeatedly harassed by the settlers, demanded that more be done in the battle against it (Hebrew). One could, of course, ask why Alon himself (who as the “military commander” in the West Bank…Read More... | 18 Comments
