Both sides show progress, although that might sound strange, perhaps arrogant, although not meant so. When they hit you, don't hit back--that is what is wanted. "The Israeli high court ruled in Dec. 2009 that the ban on Palestinians using Route 443 in the West Bank should be lifted as it exceeded the Israeli military commander’s authority and broke international law." : I don't know what this High Court opinion detailed, but until the Court assumes for itself enforcement powers it does not have true constitutional review.
