		<description>I suspect this action and the State response would have been impossible a few years ago.  Both sides show progress, although that might sound strange, perhaps arrogant, although not meant so.  When they hit you, don&#039;t hit back--that is what is wanted.

Another example of the slow motion constitutional crisis in Israel.</description>
