Jews, according to they mythology, descend from Judah, and not Ephraim, Manasseh etc. who were ancestors of Samaritans. Most Samaritans converted to other religions after VI-th century, and the largest number of both Samaritans and their descendants is in area of Nablus.

Samaritans were not affected by the expulsion of Jewish rebels by Romans and their population was large enough that they rebelled when Byzantines tries to forcibly convert them to Christianity in VI-th century.

Well, the Arab governments surely didn’t have a policy of ethnically cleansing Jews because there are still Jewish citizens of Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen and Bahrain. That’s the logic behind asserting the Haganah/IDF didn’t have a policy of expulsion during 1948.

It is irrelevant if Jews descent from Khazars or not. Owners of a property invited other people to visit and pitch tents and were subjected to a pogrom supervised and aided by IDF.

Incidentally, this is Nablus area so a large proportion of people descend from Samaritans. According to their own myths, Jews were given Judea and NOT Samaria. I totally miss how Zionist Jews justify the ongoing conquest of Samaria, because this is what we are talking about here. In any case, it is against Biblical mythology, against history and against the law.

3 million plus I would say. No doubt that the Palestinian issue hand on impact on why this 7,9 millions of Jews were expelled. Still, the Palestinian people don’t have ANY responsability for this 10,4 millions of people.

and after the madbarot they were in huge percentage resettled in the beautiful houses of thousand of palestinians that were obliged to leave. As I wrote you, Musrara is just an example, but it explains quite well why they were so easily absorbed and why the “madbarot” didn’t last long. If you go in places such as Ein Houd you will find thousands of Palestinian houses still perfectly preserved.

The war that was waged against Israel was fueled by pan-Arab nationalism.
The expulsion of the Jews from their homes in North Africa/Middle East was punishment for he creation of the State of Israel.
They were expelled because (and only because) they were Jews.
If they were Zionists, they would have been able to dispose of their propert and possessions, instead of arriving in Israel destitute and penniless.
The majority of these JEWISH REFUGEES from the Arab/Muslim lands were housed in refugee camps (ma’abarot), before being settled in new towns and villages.

The Palestinians are not responsible for the expulsions that happened in other parts of the world. Palestinians and Iraqis and Egyptians are not the same people. I hope that you are aware of it.

It does not justify any possible kind of violence, but you should also mention that among the Jews that escaped from the Arab countries many did so in order to reach the “Jewish State” and others thanks to what Naemi Giladi called “Cruel Zionism”. Giladi was part of it and wrote about it:

Again, worth noting, Haaretz has reported that the Civil Administration informed the IDF that they had NO AUTHORITY to carry out these actions, as the lands in question are Area B.

The IDF went ahead and did it anyway. How bad is it that the Civil Administration stood up for the Palestinians, and was ignored?
