They're called "Settlers" or "Orthodox" or one of several names and epithets. In any case, the right-wing Jews are not going to terminate the peace treaty with Egypt, whereas the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood has a decent chance of ending that very same treaty. Which is why one is a problem and the other one, not. Everybody mentions the “Jewish Brotherhood”, they just don’t call it that. All the races and peoples have come about since then, and oh! how they all claim superiority for their specialness in whatever peculiarity it is expressed. Most notable in this craziness is that one could take ANY child of ANY group at birth and raise him/her to accept the peculiar specialness of any other group as his/her own. In other words, we aren't born with our group identity, it's drilled into us. There's no arguing about this, rationally. But on we go with the nonsense. You reverence this book and I that. I have a big nose and you have kinky hair while Joe has big lips. Could anything be more inconsequential? Earth to humanity: May I interrupt you briefly? The home I provide for all of you is warming. Possibly you should put aside your specialness debate for a moment and think of this problem you have in common? There have been none for decades. People with militant tendencies are thrown out of the organization, and sometimes join fringe groups like Islamic Jihad etc., but the MB itself s a peaceful organization in it's ends and in it's means - and it's that peaceful organization, not the militant fringes, that enjoys the massive popular support.
