Even in modern times like with the Nawajeh clan claim there is no sign of these so called villages in aerial photography from 1945, 1967, 1980, 1990 etc. It's a nice story but would be a whole lot more believable when backed up by actual facts. As the removed are at best members of an enemy nation, they have no voice in the zero sum game of nationalism. The High Court can change this. It will have to eventually, I think--but not until many areas are clean slates, ready for national growth by the correct nation. The State uses Oslo to do this while denying Oslo exists in other forums. Kafka, Orwell. I would advise those going to the West Bank to read The Trial and The Castle beforehand. Palestinians should be GRATEFUL of this innovative new policy, where, instead of being ON the Palestine-wide firing range - Israel has beneficently made sure that no Palestinians would be harmed by finding Israelis happy to shoot at them in this closed off area. . Such are the dynamics of the conflict - anyone having a problem with understanding these dynamics has no understanding of sadomasochism and the importance of the masochist assuming the position to be grateful to their tormentor. . Otherwise, how will the sadist actually be able to fully enjoy the experience? Ah - there's another guilt-free reason to increase the pain on the ungrateful masochist - for not loving the sadist enough. .
